Jeff’s practice encompasses all areas of business, corporate, health care, and real estate law, with a concentration in sales, dispositions, real estate development and zoning and land use. With respect to real estate, Mr. Schlussel represents local and national owners, developers, and users in all aspects of real estate transactions involving office buildings, shopping centers, movie theaters, hotels, student housing, and multifamily residential projects, including the acquisition, financing and zoning of property, both improved and unimproved, through its ultimate leasing or disposition.

He has also counseled business enterprises, investors and entrepreneurs in the development and implementation of long-term business, financial, and planning goals. Mr. Schlussel brings knowledge, experience and attention to detail to his work, to help clients obtain positive results.
