David E. Schlackman specializes in the areas of commercial litigation, construction law and litigation, bankruptcy, contract law, and fidelity and surety law. Mr. Schlackman has been involved in a wide variety of litigation matters in state, federal and bankruptcy court.
Mr. Schlackman is a member of the American Bar Association. He was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 1998 and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan in 1999.
He has authored various articles and lectured in the areas of construction law and related issues.
Mr. Schlackman is a 1998 graduate of Wayne State University School of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate, cum laude. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, with high honors, from Michigan State University in 1995.
