Patrick J. Kukla is an attorney in the Firm's Bankruptcy, Insolvency, and Reorganization practice group. Mr. Kukla joined Carson Fischer in 2002.

Mr. Kukla focuses his practice on bankruptcy, out-of-court workouts and restructurings, and creditors' rights. Mr. Kukla represents debtors, creditors' committees and individual creditors in bankruptcy proceedings, workouts and other commercial matters. His experience includes representing clients in all aspects of bankruptcy proceedings, including asset sales, executory contracts and unexpired leases, stay issues, Chapter 11 plans and prosecution and defense of adversary proceedings. Mr. Kukla also has experience representing clients with respect to the Michigan Special Tool Lien Act and Michigan Moldbuilder's Lien Act. His clients have included automotive suppliers, real estate developers, retail companies, and manufacturing companies.
